Hello, We stayed at the Rock Creek Resort in Red Lodge Montana this week and had a
wonderful experience there. While there we were blessed with the discovery of your Honey
Shampoo, Almond Hand & Body Lotion and French Milled soap. Could you please tell me
where I may purchase these items in the full sizes.
Thank you

I stayed at Pacific Palisades over the weekend. Normally when I visit a hotel, I always collect the soaps
and shampoos for friends who own a Bed & Breakfast but this time I smelled the soap and opened it and
actually used the product which I never do. (I take my own because usually am not impressed with hotel
soap - even at The Willard and The Waldorf!
Your Oatmeal Bar is something I didn't even want to put down nor share! The Lanolin, the chips, the
fragrance was just so inviting that I looked forward to my shower the next day!! Normally I would raid the
Maid's cart but I didn't because I thought for sure I could get the full-size bars from you folks. I kept the
packaging in my pocket over the weekend and called you first thing, finding out to my disappointment you
only have the hotel size bars.
So before I make a reservation for my next trip, I'm going to call you for a list of hotels you service!
It was very nice talking to you and if you want to use me for one of your commercials, well, I'm handsome
too!!
Thanks very much.

Hi there, I recently stayed at the Talisman Resort in Ontario Canada. They had your
products there and I am absolutely delighted with them, in particular I love the Almond
Hand & Body Lotion, is there any way to purchase this lotion outside of going back to
the resort?
I would really love to make this my lotion of choice.
Thanks in advance.

Stayed in Victoria,B.C. a few weeks back at the Harbour Towers Hotel
and found all the AMBR products very good. I especially liked the
AMBR Green Tea Body Lotion which was very effective in controlling
dry skin. Your web ad says that your accessories "will surely leave a lasting impression" on
your guests.....and it did!
Thanks Russ

I'd brought home a bottle of ESA Hand lotion from one of the hotels I'd been staying at,
and gave it to my wife.
I liked the bottle, and my wife liked the hand lotion, enough that she went on about how
I had to find the hotel that supplied it so that we could get a hold of the promotional card
to find out where we could get it retail. First time I've ever considered a hotel choice
based on a bathroom give-away.
Please keep this e-mail and let us know if and when you'll have a retail product, Nancy
will be first in line.

You don't happen to send out samples do you?! After spending two weeks in
the Canadian Rockies celebrating our 25th anniversary, my wife and I stayed
overnight in Calgary before taking a flight back home to Chicago. The hotel
had your shampoo and its scent immediately locked in all the great
memories from our trip. I kept the empty bottle for about a month just to
smell its fragrance - weird, I know, but that's how it goes sometimes, right?!

Last week I stayed at the Alaskan Lodge in Talkeetna, Alaska.
I found their shampoo and conditioner are extremely good, far better then other hotels and even
luxury cruise ships.
For Japanese usually these items are not good and feel to damage our hair.
Recently many of my friends bring own shampoo.
But these in the Alaskan Lodge looked good so my room mate used them and told me that they
are good.
I would like to know the name of shampoo and conditioner inside.
Are they available in Japan or by mail order?
I hope you distribute your merchandise to hotels where many Japanese tourists stay and cruise
ships such as Crystal Cruise, Princess Cruise etc.
Sincerely,
Ms Yasuko Okojima

Greetings Peter,
I enjoyed our conversation regarding the line of soap products your company
supplies the Harbour Towers in Victoria, BC ; which their guest services
manager, Gayleen Nazaruk informed me was 'Green Tea'. The Oatmeal Bar
soap was a huge hit with my family, having just the perfect combination of scent,
abrasive and suds. This soap makes a shower luxurious. I have hunted
everywhere to find a comparable product to no avail.
I have never enjoyed a product so much that I have gone to the trouble of
tracking down the source and I have to tell you if you ever go retail, please put
me on your list of folks to inform. I will be first in line, cash in hand.
Regards,
Sheri

We have had the pleasure of staying at Beckers Chalet in Jasper three times
in June the last few years. It is a wonderful place to stay, beautiful
chalets and grounds on the Athabaska River. We take my mother-in-law with
us for what we hope to be our yearly retreat to relax and enjoy the fresh
air.
One thing that my mother-in-law and I are amazed at are the products left in
the washrooms, especially the body lotion. We have been trying to find a
similar products in the retail stores to no avail.
I sent Beckers an e-mail and they were kind enough to advise me that the
products were distributed by Custom Amenities Inc. My compliments to Custom
Amenities for the quality of their products. It was what some people would
say one small thing, but for us it truly complemented the enjoyment of our
trip.
I looked at your web-site which is extremely professional and very well set
up.
It is indeed nice to see companies like yours care about the quality of
their products. It goes a long ways for complete and excellent customer
service for your customers.
